CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION

Payment dispute resolution between laborers and general contractors that can arise through the certified payroll and Davis-Bacon Interview process

TGC works with the Construction Manager to organize a pre-construction meeting involving all parties. The pre-construction meeting provides an opportunity to discuss project timeline and any potential issues with mobilization of the construction process. The pre-construction meeting is key to also determining the flow of construction process documentation and administration, including the timing of submittals, review, and payments. For federally funded projects, we cover all compliance related processes and expectations.

TGC Vice President Greg Goodman brings a wealth of industry and company knowledge in procurement and construction administration services and has managed the construction and completed the feasibility and preliminary planning for various pedestrian, roadway, and facility projects throughout Texas. His work ensures every client plans, funds and implements public infrastructure projects in a federally compliant manner. He also leads grant management services and has written several successful state and federal grants, securing substantial funding for related planning, design, and construction activities. Greg holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Trinity University in San Antonio.
