Stephanie Kirschner, AICP, is a Senior Associate and Environmental Specialist at The Goodman Corporation (TGC). She is responsible for TGC’s environmental work, including National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) documentation and Phase I Environmental Site Assessments (ESA). She has successfully obtained environmental clearance for hundreds of projects at the federal, state, and local levels. Stephanie enjoys being involved on projects from the earliest stages, performing ESAs on potential sites, through the end, when permitting and environmental approval is received prior to construction. Her favorite part of her role is being able to use her background in geology and environmental science as well as urban planning on a daily basis. Stephanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Earth Science from Boston University and a Master of Urban Planning with an environmental focus from New York University.
