Mahmoud Raoufi, PE, PTOE, is a Transportation Modeling & Traffic Analysis Technical Lead at The Goodman Corporation (TGC). He leads traffic operations analysis and modeling efforts and provides technical support in transportation safety analysis and transportation planning projects. With over a decade of experience in traffic modeling and simulation, his areas of expertise are large-scale traffic simulations and analyses, dynamic demand matrix estimations, and building regional network models. Mahmoud focuses on finding innovative approaches and creative solutions to help improve mobility. He enjoys supporting communities by helping make transportation more reliable, sustainable, and safe for all users. Mahmoud holds Masters of Transportation from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and Iran University of Science and Technology as well as a Bachelor of Civil Engineering.
