Bhavyashree K. Iyer (Bhavya), AICP, is an Associate at The Goodman Corporation (TGC). She is a key member of TGC’s Planning and Engineering Teams and excels in data analysis and data visualization, conceptual renderings, and technical drawings. As a planner and architectural designer, Bhavya has worked on several community plans, mixed-use development projects, and design-based mobility projects. She enjoys creating effective illustrations and leveraging visual communication techniques that bring meaningful experiences and design solutions to life. Bhavya holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of Mumbai in India and Master of Urban Planning and Graduate Certificate in Transportation Planning from Texas A&M University.
