Barry M. Goodman, JD, is the founder of The Goodman Corporation (TGC). He is responsible for the overall financial and policy guidance of the organization, client coordination, and intergovernmental relations. Prior to forming TGC, Mr. Goodman served as Senior Legal Counsel of the Urban Mass Transportation Administration (Federal Transit Administration) and Houston METRO’s first Executive Director. With over 50 years of experience in mobility and infrastructure development, Barry has brought significant expertise in funding and implementation strategies, which has resulted in TGC’s success in connecting capital to communities and his recognition and induction into the Texas Transportation Hall of Honor. Barry holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in History and Anthropology and a Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California.
