TGC completed all written procurement history for the preparation and planning, pre-award, and post-delivery activities for the two Type 3 Transit Vehicles procurement. TGC developed a procurement package for the vendor to fill out to fulfill all required certifications for both state and federal funding. TGC completed the PTN-124 for all three sections and had TxDOT sign off. TGC reviewed the contractor’s pre-award certification and assisted GCC with completing all required documentation for the Type 3 Transit Vehicles.
Two Type 3 Transit Vehicles were delivered November 2017. A representative from Fleet Maintenance Specialists, Inc., traveled to Texas City to complete the post-delivery inspection of the vehicles and found no deficiencies. TGC completed all post-delivery documentation, including a compilation of all needed documentation and a memo to TxDOT for reimbursement of funds. TGC worked with TxDOT to get the finalized documentation and reimbursement for the vehicle, which was completed in March 2018.
